Meet Siobhan

Hi, I’m Siobhan, founder of Ginger Roots Yoga. My journey with yoga began as a way to find balance in a fast-paced world, but over time it has grown into a path of self-discovery, healing, and presence — a way of connecting deeply with body, mind, and spirit.

I am a 200-hour accredited yoga teacher, a 100-hour Yin yoga teacher, and a Reiki Level 2 practitioner. My work is rooted in the philosophy of yoga, mindfulness, and energy awareness. Today, my approach blends yoga, meditation, and Reiki to create practices that nourish the nervous system, restore clarity, and support holistic wellbeing.

For me, yoga isn’t just about postures — it’s about embodiment, presence, and living in alignment. At Ginger Roots Yoga, I create experiences that meet you wherever you are, whether through private sessions, retreats, corporate wellness, or online offerings. My goal is to provide a supportive space for transformation, calm, and growth.

When I’m not guiding others, you’ll find me exploring nature, diving into books that expand the mind, or capturing moments through my photography.
