About
At Ginger Roots Yoga Studio, we prioritize quality over quantity. With only 5 mats available per class, our boutique setting ensures a truly intimate environment where you receive personalized attention and guidance. This allows for deeper connection, better alignment, and a supportive space to grow your practice.
At Ginger Roots Yoga Studio, our classes are led by a 200-hour accredited yoga teacher, recognized by Yoga Alliance. This certification ensures our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, and authentic yoga practices, tailored to support your journey on and off the mat.
At Ginger Roots Yoga Studio, our practice goes beyond the physical. We are deeply grounded in the philosophical roots of yoga, embracing the teachings of the 8 Limbs of Yoga as a guide to living a balanced and meaningful life.
From Asana (physical postures) to Pranayama (breath control), and exploring concepts like Dhyana (meditation) and Yama (ethical principles), our approach honors the wholeness of yoga.
Whether you’re stepping onto your mat for the first time or deepening your practice, our classes provide a space to integrate these timeless teachings into your daily life. Grow stronger, connect deeper, and live more intentionally.

Meet
Siobhan
Hi, I’m Siobhan, the founder of Ginger Roots Yoga Studio. My journey with yoga began as a way to find balance in a fast-paced world, but it quickly became so much more—a path of self-discovery, healing, and connection.
I am a 200-hour accredited yoga teacher and deeply rooted in the philosophy of yoga, including the teachings of the 8 Limbs of Yoga. My approach blends mindful movement with breathwork and meditation, creating a holistic practice that nourishes the mind, body, and soul.
For me, yoga is about more than just postures; it’s about cultivating presence, finding inner peace, and embracing life with authenticity. At Ginger Roots Yoga Studio, I strive to create a welcoming, intimate space where every student feels supported on their unique journey—whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice.
When I’m not on the mat, you’ll find me exploring nature, diving into inspiring books, or photographing humans in my other studio.
I can’t wait to welcome you to the studio and share this transformative journey with you. 🌿 Namaste.
